Sarah’s passion is giving support to leaders in creating positive workplace cultures that drive successful business outcomes through effective leadership. Sarah is an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and inspirational facilitator, focused on delivering learning outcomes. With more than 30 years’ experience in successful retail and hospitality environments, Sarah has worked across all levels of business including membership on senior leadership teams. Sarah has held key roles in training and operations for national and global brands, including Officeworks and McDonald’s, and led diverse teams across multiple sites and regions. Sarah’s expertise extends to strategic projects focused on improving organisational culture and leadership, as well as effective performance management, uplifting employee and customer engagement, and instigating coaching and mentoring programs. Sarah has a diverse client base working across multiple industries including mining, real estate, retail and construction.
