As an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and inspiring facilitator, she is known for delivering learning experiences that spark insight, build capability, and create lasting behaviour change.
With more than 30 years of experience across successful retail and hospitality environments, Sarah has worked at every level of business, including serving on senior leadership teams. She has held key roles in training and operations for national and global brands such as Officeworks and McDonald’s, leading large and diverse teams across multiple sites and regions.
Her expertise spans organisational culture, leadership development, and strategic initiatives that uplift performance, employee engagement, and customer experience. She is highly skilled in designing and delivering coaching and mentoring programs, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting organisations to build environments where people can thrive.
In addition to her coaching and facilitation work, Sarah is an engaging keynote speaker who brings her passion for great leadership to the stage.
